Isabella Earp

Issy is an undergraduate student at Yale majoring in Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry. She is excited about innovation in healthcare and biotech. She will join Centerview Partners as an investment banking analyst in their biopharma M&A and strategic advisory group upon her graduation in spring of 2026.
At Yale, she has been the President of the Yale Helix startup accelerator, conducted research in the Saltzman Lab, TA-ed courses at the School of Management, and founded the Yale Life Sciences Investment Group.
Issy has been on the board of YBC for the past 2 years as Director of Communications and Director of the Bioinvestment Program. She is thrilled to take on VP of Career Development this year!
