Qi Yan

Qi is a Ph.D. candidate in Cellular and Molecular Physiology at Yale University. Co-mentored by Professors Erdem Karatekin and Chenxiang Lin, she engineers programmable DNA nanostructures to investigate membrane biophysics.

Before coming to Yale, Qi was trained in both Biological Science and Industrial Design at Tsinghua University. She enjoys integrating science, design, and communication.
