Megan Tachev
Co-Director of Women in Biotech
Megan is a first-year MPH candidate in Chronic Disease Epidemiology at the Yale School of Public Health, pursuing Global Health and U.S Health Justice Concentrations and an Implementation Science Track. Her work aims to focus on the intersection of chronic disease and nutrition, addressing nutritional insecurity and its health impacts through interdisciplinary research interests spanning epidemiology, medical microbiology, socioeconomics, health policy, biotechnology, and plant science.
As a co-director of Women in Biotech within Industry Partnership, she greatly looks forward to bringing innovative perspectives to the YBC community and fostering impactful and informative dialogues about the exciting field of biotechnology.
In her leisure she enjoys time with her friends and her cat, as well as all things involving the arts.
