Laura Li

Laura is a fifth-year Ph.D. candidate in Genetics at Yale and an NIH F31 Predoctoral Fellow. She has been involved with YBC through its Industry Partnerships initiatives and is passionate about biotechnology and connecting scientists with opportunities across the life sciences industry. Her research focuses on glycoRNA biology and its regulation and function in hematopoietic cells. Before Yale, Laura completed her undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University, majoring in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a minor in Mathematics. Outside the lab, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and exploring Broadway shows and new restaurants.
