Brian Van Lee

Brian Van Lee is a PhD student in Immunology at Yale School of Medicine (HTI trainee) researching human immunopathology in the labs of Esen Sefik and Richard Flavell. He uses humanized mouse models and high-dimensional immune profiling to understand disease mechanisms; previously he advanced mRNA/LNP vaccine programs at Moderna and Calico Life Sciences (Google). He currently serves as Director of Externships for the Yale Biotech Club and is eager to foster opportunities for fellow students.
