Aya Nassereddine is an associate research scientist at Yale studying fibrosis, mechanobiology, and epigenetic regulation. As Co-Director of Women in Biotech, she connects students and postdocs with industry leaders, organizes panels and workshops, and supports women pursuing careers in biotechnology.
