Vice President of Career Development
Ashley is a PhD candidate in the Department of Genetics at Yale. She is a member of Dr. Berna Sozen's lab at Yale School of Medicine where she is leveraging human stem cells for 3D embryonic modeling as a method to investigate critical processes driving early development around stages of significant early pregnancy loss. Ashley has served in leadership roles on the executive boards of Women and Gender Minorities in Science at Yale and Yale Graduate Student Consulting Club since fall 2021 and has gained experience in the biotech startup space through her current scientific consulting work with a female reproductive health startup in NYC. Ashley looks forward to empowering students with diverse career development opportunities through the Yale Biotech Club.
