Damir Musaev
Director of Job Trek Program
Damir is a 6th year PhD candidate in the department of Genetics at Yale School of Medicine. He is investigating the role of mRNA open reading frame (ORF), in particular codons, peptide bonds and translation efficiency on mRNA stability in vertebrates. Previously, Damir has worked as a Canaan-Yale fellow under mentorship of Canaan Partners to make decisions about company's biotech investments. Lastly, Damir has organized job trek visits to biotech/pharma companies such as Arvinas, Boehringer Ingelheim and Regeneron.
